2 cups chopped chicken or turkey
1 rib celery
1/4 bell pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Florence’s HomeStyle Cha-Cha
1/2 chopped apple
1 tsp. lemon juice
Chop chicken or turkey (set aside)
Chop together celery, pepper and onion. Then saute’ them in the oil until slightly tender.
Mix in the remaining ingredients.
Excellent served with crackers or as sandwiches!
