Florence’s “hot” Cha~Cha Relish is a sweet & spicy blend of garden-fresh green tomatoes, peppers, vegetables, and meticulously selected spices. Used in small quantities Cha-Cha enhances the flavor of cooked vegetables and meats.
Florence’s Southern-style Salsa is a “thick & chunky” blend of diced green tomatoes, jalapenos, onions, veggies and spices. Great for dipping with tortilla chips and fresh veggies; also excellent for bean dips, salads, eggs, pasta and soups.
Both Florence’s Cha-Cha Relishes and Salsa can be used as a condiment, a dipping sauce, a marinade or as that special ingredient in your favorite recipes.
