8 oz. Cream Cheese
4 tbsp. Cha-Cha.
With cream cheese at room temperature, stir in 2 heaping tbsp. of Cha~Cha. (Add bacon, onion, cheddar cheese or pecans for more hardiness). Form mixture into a ball, coat ball with mixture of dry ingredients, wrap in saran-wrap & chill; Place on tray. Surround cheese ball with your favorite crackers and vegetables, (e.g., carrot sticks, broccoli, cauliflower) Serve as a snack or appetizer for 10 people.
