Cha-Cha Cheese Ball

8 oz. Cream Cheese

4 tbsp. Cha-Cha.

With cream cheese at room temperature, stir in 2 heaping tbsp. of Cha~Cha. (Add bacon, onion, cheddar cheese or pecans for more hardiness). Form mixture into a ball, coat ball with mixture of dry ingredients, wrap in saran-wrap & chill; Place on tray. Surround cheese ball with your favorite crackers and vegetables, (e.g., carrot sticks, broccoli, cauliflower) Serve as a snack or appetizer for 10 people.

Cha~Cha Guacamole

4 medium avocados

½ tsp. garlic powder

¼ tsp. onion powder

1 tsp. lemon juice

2 tbsp. Florence’s HomeStyle Cha-Cha
(add minced onion, jalapeno & tomato for extra hardiness!)

Peel, pit and mash avocados with a fork. Mix in remaining ingredients. Chill. Serve for dipping with tortilla chips or makes an excellent sandwich spread!

Cha-Cha Cheese-Spread or Vegetable Dip

1/2 cup Cha-Cha Set softened cream cheese

Place cream cheese in mixing bowl with Cha~Cha. Blend until creamy. Refrigerate for 15 minutes Remove mix from refrigerator and serve with your favorite crackers and breads. Serve also as an excellent dip with your favorite fresh vegetables.

* add minced chives and a little tabasco sauce for little more zest!
