Egg Rolls with Cha-Cha

Cabbage, carrots, celery, onion. Shredded, steamed or blanched, and well drained.

Ground beef or ground pork. Cooked

Mix a generous portion of Florence’s Cha-Cha in with veggies and meat to a create filling.

Wrap the mixture in the egg roll wrappers (or warm flour tortillas). Seal the edges with a corn starch slurry.

Deep fry egg rolls until golden and crispy, drain, serve hot!

Excellent!!

Cha-Cha Tuna Melt

3 cans of tuna,

2 tbsp Cha-Cha,

2 tbsp mayonnaise,

1 tsp minced onion,

Cheddar or American cheese,

hearty bread (sliced).

Combine tuna, Cha-Cha, mayo and onion. Add to lightly buttered sliced bread, top with cheese and grill on both sides until cheese is melted. Serve with a side of chips and pickle. Delicious!

Cha-Cha Honey Glaze (for chicken, ham & shrimp)

½ cup of honey
¼ tsp of clove
1/3 tsp of parsley
1/3 tsp of sage
3/4 Tbsp of brown sugar
¾ tsp ground nutmeg (fresh if can)
1/3 tsp of sweet or plain paprika
2 ½ Tbsp of cha cha ( or to taste)
2 Tbsp water (or less if want keep thicker)
¼ tsp of cornstarch to thicken (optional)
Mix all ingredients together; add water to thin sauce (if needed).
Baste meat with sauce.
Bake meat in oven on 375 degrees.
Baste meat in glaze every 20 minutes until meat is done!
(Glaze good for chicken wings also)

Cha-Cha Tartar Sauce

1/2 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise

2 tbsp. Florence’s HomeStyle Cha-Cha,

2 tbsp. onion (finely chopped),

1 tsp. sugar,

1/2 tsp. lemon zest,

salt & pepper.

Stir all ingredients together to form a creamy sauce. Serve on your favorite deep-fried, pan-fried, broiled, or baked fish

Spicy Potato Soup

4 medium white potatoes

1 tsp. salt

1 tbsp. chopped pimento

2 tbsp. minced onion

2 tbsp Florence’s HomeStyle CHA-CHA

1 tbsp. butter

3 cups milk

Pare and dice potatoes; cook until tender in small amount of boiling salt water. Do not drain off the small amount of liquid. Add pimento, onions, CHA-CHA, butter, and milk. Heat until hot – do not boil. Makes 6-8 servings.

Cha-Cha Honey Mustard Salad Sauce

1/3 cup Cha-Cha

1/3 cup olive oil

juice of 1/2 fresh lemon

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp dijon mustard

1/2 tsp garlic powder

salt & pepper

Wisk or shake vigorously and serve over fresh or steamed veggies…superb!

Salmon Cha-Cha Pasta

1 cup cooked pasta (drained)

3oz. salmon

2oz. diced tomatoes {fresh)

2oz. diced avocados

1/2 red onion minced

2oz. green peppers diced

3 tbsp. of Florence’s Cha-Cha

1/2c. of Italian dressing

2 tbsp. diced olives

Blend all ingredients together, chill and serve on lettuce

Cha-Cha Chicken Salad

2 cups chopped chicken or turkey

1 rib celery

1/4 bell pepper

1/4 onion

1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp. Florence's HomeStyle Cha-Cha

1/2 apple (chopped, optional)

1 tsp. lemon juice

Shred or chop chicken or turkey (set aside)
Mix together chopped celery, pepper and onion. Then saute' them in the oil until slightly tender.
Mix in the remaining ingredients.

Excellent served with crackers or in wraps and sandwiches!

Cabbage Rolls with Cha-Cha

MEAT FILLING:

1lb ground beef
1lb of ground bulk sausage
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 cup cooked rice
1 1/2 tsp. (3 cloves) chopped garlic salt
pepper
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. Cha-Cha
2 eggs
1/2 head large cabbage – whole cabbage leaves

In a large bowl mix together : cooked meats, Cha-Cha, rice, chili powder, peppers, garlic, salt, eggs. Roll mixture up in cabbage leaves (which have been slightly softened by placing in boiling water for 2-3 mins).

THE SAUCE:

1 can (15oz.) diced tomatoes
1 can (8oz.) tomato sauce
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 tbsp. of Cha-Cha
1 tsp chopped garlic
water

In a saucepan heat up diced tomatoes, tomato sauce & water (depending on desired consistency). Add chopped onions, garlic & Cha-Cha. Once heated, pour sauce over all cabbage rolls.
Bake in covered glass dish at 375 for 1 & 1/2 hours.
Serve with rice as a side dish and enjoy!

An absolutely SENSATIONAL entree with a sweet ‘n spicy kick!
